8-week cycle followed by a 4-8 week washout period
Daily dosing (7 days per week), once per day
Dose immediately after your workout (within 30 minutes), because training increases IGF-1 receptor sensitivity and the muscles are primed for nutrient uptake; meal should consist of carbs and protein

- Week 2 : 15 units (50mcg), 1x/day
- Weeks 3–4 : 23 units (75mcg), 1x/day
- Weeks 5–8 : 30 units (100mcg), 1x/day
